We own a house in Lake Charles now used as rental property. It is is managed thru Ingle Safari Reality.

Cameron

Most of the land we own is on the Back Ridge in Cameron Parish and is located down Amoco Road directly behind the parish court house.

Section 16 is beach front, on the west side of the parish and east of Holly Beach.

Sections 33 & 34 span the Calcasieu Ship Channel and Monkey Island. Both of these sections are only 1.5 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. This acreage includes the Alliance facility.

The partnership also enjoys ownership of a small camp at Hebert's Landing. The camp is available for nightly rental but we are not interested in long term leases or sale of the house and lots. Camp details

Vermilion

Unfortunately, the majority of the coastal Sections 1 & 2 have eroded into the Gulf of Mexico. The land is only accessible by boat.
