ALP has 75% ownership of both sections which equal just over 260 acres. The land is located only 1.5 miles north of the Gulf of Mexico, 1.8 miles south of the Cameron Ferry and is divided by the Calcasieu Ship Channel.

East bank of the Calcasieu Ship Channel:

This 153 acre tract of land is on Monkey Island with about 1,900 feet of water frontage. It is undeveloped and accessible only by water. This property is now owned and managed by Ardoin Henry, LLC.
